Web Concierge is a chatbot you embed on your website. It answers visitors' questions in your brand voice, captures leads into your CRM, and learns from every conversation - all from approved knowledge, never your raw internal data.
Setting it up
- Configure the bot - its persona, goal and guardrails, the website origins it's allowed to run on, and a per-session message cap.
- Approve knowledge - the platform suggests safe, public-friendly snippets (rewritten from your brand info and data); you approve what the bot is allowed to say. It works on a default-deny basis, so nothing goes live until you approve it.
- Copy the embed code and drop it on your site.
- Test it right in the dashboard before you go live.
