Your agency portal at a glance
The admin portal where you run the business - Today, Clients and Work - plus roles and settings.
As an agency you have a dedicated admin portal, separate from the client-facing insight dashboard. It's the command centre for managing every client in one place. The design is deliberately calm: colour means "needs attention", and each client shows a single clear status.
The main navigation
- Today - a cross-client overview: which clients need you right now, ordered by urgency (churn risk, blocked items, things to review). Healthy clients stay quietly out of the way.
- Clients - the portfolio. A card per client showing logo, a single status, connected platforms and last report date. This is where you add clients and open any client's management page.
- Work - the cross-client Work Queue: every task across every client in one list, filterable by client, status, assignee and owner.
A More menu holds the rest: the master social Calendar, Brain Health, Connection Health, and Settings.
Connection Health
More - Connection Health lists every data feed across your whole portfolio that has stopped updating, worst first.
A feed lands here when a refresh either couldn't reach the platform at all, or returned data we wouldn't trust. In both cases we keep the client's last good figures on their dashboard rather than showing wrong ones - so nothing here is lost data, it's data that has stopped moving. The client sees a matching note on their own Connections tab.
Each row gives you the client, which feed, how long it has been stopped, and which of the two it was:
- Could not reach the platform is usually access - an expired login, or an asset no longer shared with the reporting account. Often something the client needs to do, and Test connection on the row will say so precisely.
- Returned data we would not trust is usually ours to fix.
Rows clear themselves the moment a refresh succeeds; there's nothing to dismiss. An empty page means every connected feed across every client is moving.
Settings
Under Settings you'll find:
- Team - invite teammates, set roles, and manage external client users.
- Integrations - your agency-level manager accounts (Google MCC, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Center), AI provider keys and telephony keys.
- Domains - white-label custom domains.
- Signup codes - trial codes for self-serve-style clients.
- Workspace - your branding (name, logo, accent colour, support email).
Roles
- Owner - one per agency. Gets the setup tour on first login and can replay it.
- Admin - full access, including integrations, team and settings.
- Analyst - reports, content and the work queue; not settings or integrations.
- External users - your clients. They only ever see their own insight dashboard, never this portal.
First time in?
A guided setup tour walks a new owner through connecting integrations, adding the team, and finding the Work Queue, Calendar and Brain Health. You can replay it any time from the dashboard. Start with Adding & managing clients.
