All help topics

Today is your starting point each time you log in. It's an inbox that pulls together everything across the platform that might need a response, so nothing slips through the cracks.

The insight up top

Today always leads with one flagship insight - the single most worthwhile thing to read for an active account. It's never blank: if the strongest candidate isn't available, the platform falls back down a ladder so there's always something worth your attention. In order, the flagship slot shows:

  1. The cross-channel finding - a standout pattern that only shows up when your channels are read together (the highest-value insight when one is available).
  2. Otherwise, your most urgent Today item - the top thing waiting in the feed below.
  3. Otherwise, a pattern on one of your connected platforms - a notable move worth knowing about.
  4. Otherwise, a look back at earlier advice - whether a recent recommendation actually moved the numbers, so you can see what's working.
  5. Otherwise, an open question from the Brain - something you can answer to make its insights sharper.

The lower rungs mean a newer or quieter account still opens on something useful, not an empty space, while the account fills out and richer findings become available.

What shows up

Today aggregates signals from across the platform, for example:

  • New leads captured by the Web Concierge chatbot.
  • Completed AI voice calls and their outcomes.
  • Budget variance alerts (you're over or under plan).
  • Reports that are ready to read.
  • Questions the Brain wants answered.
  • Brain suggestions to refresh a Brand Identity field.
  • AI Search visibility gaps.
  • Social posts pending review.
  • Notable swings in your metrics.

Items are grouped by urgency - things to act on, things to review, and FYIs - with the most important at the top.

How to use it

  • Click an item to jump straight to the relevant tab or detail.
  • Dismiss an item once it's handled - it won't come back.
  • If there's nothing waiting, you'll see an "all caught up" message ("You're all caught up. Nothing needs you right now."). That's the goal.

The feed is resilient: if one source can't be read, it's quietly skipped and the rest of your feed still loads.

Before you've connected anything, Today is honest about it: instead of "all caught up," the empty state says "Connect your accounts and your insights start landing here" - your cue to head to Connections and set up your first data source. Once your automatic monthly report is scheduled, Today also shows a "Next report: <date>" pill so you know when the next one lands. See Automatic reports.

Each viewer has their own Today inbox, so your team and your client don't dismiss each other's items. When you preview a client's dashboard you see their feed, not yours.

Today is shared across your workspace by viewer, so each teammate manages their own list.
