Signing in

You sign in to your insight dashboard at insight.agentcroft.com (or your own workspace web address if you've been given one).

  • Google - the fastest option. Click "Continue with Google" and pick the email you were invited with.
  • Email & password - if your workspace uses passwords, your password is set when your account owner invites you. There's no public self-registration into an existing workspace.

Only people who have been added to your workspace can sign in. The account owner invites teammates and can remove them - see Inviting your team.

You sign in to your agency portal with Google, using an email on your agency's authorised domain. Your clients sign in separately to their own insight dashboard (Google or email/password, depending on how their account is set up).

Team access is controlled from Settings - Team. There are two internal roles, Admin and Analyst, plus the single account Owner. External client users are managed separately and only ever see their own insight dashboard, never your portal. See Team, roles & external users.

Trouble signing in?

  • "Access denied" / wrong account - you're signed in to Google with an email that isn't on the workspace. Sign out of Google or pick the right account.
  • No invite yet - ask your account owner to add your email first; there's no self-signup into an existing workspace.
  • Locked account - if billing needs attention you'll still be able to sign in, but the dashboard may show a billing notice until it's resolved.
