The Client Intelligence Platform (CIP) brings all of your marketing and sales data into one place, connects it to revenue, and runs an AI "Brain" that turns it into plain-English insight, reports and content. Instead of jumping between Google Analytics, your ad accounts, your CRM and a spreadsheet, you get one dashboard that already knows what matters.

What it does

  • Connects your data - analytics, search, ads, social, your CRM and email, all in one view.
  • Attributes revenue - a full-funnel picture from impression to closed deal, so you can see true ROAS rather than platform-reported numbers.
  • Runs the Brain - an AI knowledge graph that learns your business and powers reports, recommendations and content.
  • Creates work - Creator's Studio drafts copy, social posts, ad creative and more, grounded in your brand and your data.

Two ways to use it

You're using the platform self-serve: your in-house team connects your own accounts, reads your own dashboard, and generates your own reports and content. There's no agency in the middle - everything in this guide that says "you" means your team.

You sign in at insight.agentcroft.com (or your own workspace address). The rest of this Help Centre is filtered to the self-serve experience - use the toggle at the top of any page if you ever want to see the agency view.

You're using the platform as an agency: you manage many client accounts from an admin portal, configure their integrations, generate and review their reports, and decide what each client sees. Your clients log in to their own insight dashboard.

You have two surfaces: the agency portal (where you run the business) and the insight dashboard (what your clients see, and what you preview on their behalf). This Help Centre is filtered to the agency experience - use the toggle at the top of any page to see exactly what your clients see.
