The guided connection wizard
A step-by-step walk-through for connecting your platforms the first time you set up.
The first time an account is set up, a guided wizard walks through connecting each platform in turn, so nothing gets missed. It does exactly the same thing as the Connections tab - just in a friendly, ordered sequence.
What it covers
The wizard steps through the common platforms:
- Analytics (Google Analytics)
- Search Console
- Ads (Google, Meta, TikTok)
- CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel)
For each, you can Connect now or Skip and come back later. Once enough platforms are connected (or you've skipped the rest), the account is marked set up and you land on the dashboard.
The wizard pre-fills the exact details you need - the managed account IDs to link to and the access email to share - so each step is copy-paste simple. Each platform also shows a one-line "what you'll get" so you can see why it's worth connecting.
A few things that keep it short: you only need one CRM, one email tool and one project-management tool - once you've connected one provider in a group, you're done with that group. And Google Analytics, Search Console and Google Ads all connect with a single Google sign-in (one consent covers all three), so you're not signing in three times. The wizard is personalised to your agency: it shows your own manager-account IDs (Google MCC, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Center) and your reporting access email, with the grant instructions your client needs to follow.
