Creating your agency workspace

You can create your agency's workspace yourself - there is no need to wait for an invitation. It takes a few minutes and starts a 14-day free trial, with no card required.

Sign up

1. Go to the signup page and choose For my agency at the top. (The same page with For my brand selected is for a single business using the dashboard for itself.)
2. Enter your agency name, your name and your work email, then click Email me my setup link.
3. Open the email and click Set up my agency. The link works once and expires after 24 hours; if it runs out, sign up again for a new one.
4. On the page that opens, click Create my agency workspace. Nothing is created until you do, so a link that is never used leaves nothing behind.

Use the email address you want to sign in with. It becomes the workspace owner, and you sign in with it afterwards - with Google if it is a Google account, or by asking for an emailed sign-in link.

Name and brand your workspace

You land straight on a short setup screen:

• Name your clients see - shown on their dashboards, reports and emails. Usually your agency's name.
• Your website / domain - we use it to fetch your logo.
• Logo - optional. Leave it and we use the icon from your website, or upload your own.
• Brand colour - buttons and highlights on your clients' dashboards.

Click to finish and you get the address of your admin portal, made from your agency's name (for example northwind-digital.agentcroft.com). Bookmark it: it is how you get back in, and it stays the same even if you rename the workspace later. Everything on this screen can be changed afterwards under Workspace.

What happens next

Sign in to your admin portal and you land on the setup hub, which gets you to your first client in two steps.

If something stops you

• "An agency with that name already has a workspace" - agency names must be unique. If the workspace is yours, sign in to it instead; otherwise use a different name.
• "This email already owns an agency workspace" - each email can own one agency workspace. Sign in to the one you have.
• "This link has already been used" - the setup link works once. If you started setup in another tab, carry on there; otherwise sign up again.
• The email did not arrive - check spam, then sign up again.
