AI-heavy features have a monthly allowance so costs stay predictable. You can see exactly where you stand at any time in Settings - Usage.

What's metered

Features that call AI to produce something carry an allowance, for example:

  • Reports
  • Copywriting
  • AI Search scans
  • Market research

Background, always-on intelligence (like the Brain's own reflection) isn't something you have to ration - the allowances apply to the things you actively trigger.

Checking your usage

Settings - Usage shows your usage against each allowance - for example "3 of 5 reports this month". No surprises, and no dollar figures: it's all in plain counts.

When you hit a limit

You'll see a message naming the feature, like "You've reached this month's limit for Reports (10/10 used). Reach out to your account team to increase your quota." Allowances reset on the 1st of each month (UTC). If you regularly run out, a bring-your-own-key plan lifts the caps on AI-heavy features.

There's also a background daily spend safeguard. If a very busy day trips it, you'll see "Daily AI spend cap reached... Resets at 00:00 UTC" - it clears at midnight UTC.
