The platform is white-label: your branding, your domains. As well as setting your workspace branding, you can run both portals on your own custom domains (Settings - Domains, admin-only).

Two domains

You can set two independent custom domains:

  • Admin domain - where your team signs in to the agency portal (e.g. admin.yourbrand.com).
  • Insight domain - where your clients view their dashboards (e.g. insight.yourbrand.com).

Your default platform address always keeps working too, so nothing ever goes offline.

How to set one up

  1. Enter the domain in Settings - Domains.
  2. Add the CNAME record it gives you at your DNS registrar (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, etc.).
  3. The platform verifies the DNS automatically - the status turns green once it's live (this can take a few minutes to a few hours).

Sign-in specifics

  • The insight domain works as soon as DNS verifies (clients sign in with email/password or your configured login).
  • The admin domain uses a secure sign-in hand-off for Google, so your team's login still works seamlessly on your own domain.

Troubleshooting

  • Stuck on "pending" - the DNS record isn't visible yet; double-check the CNAME and give it time.
  • "Misconfigured" - the record doesn't match; re-add exactly what the screen shows.

Custom domains require the domain feature to be enabled for your agency; if you don't see it, contact your platform account team.
