Workspace branding
Set your agency's name, logo, accent colour and support email so the platform looks like yours.
The platform is white-label, so it should feel like your product. Your branding is set under Settings - Workspace (admin-only) and applied across the experience.
What you can set
- Product name - shown on sign-in, in the nav, and in invite emails.
- Logo - displayed on the sign-in page and in the portal.
- Accent colour - your brand colour, applied across the interface in place of the default.
- Support email - the address clients see when they need help.
Where it shows up
These settings flow through both your agency portal and your clients' insight dashboards, and into client-facing touchpoints like report PDFs and emails - so clients experience your brand, not a generic one.
Branding vs domains
Branding changes how the platform looks; custom domains change the web address it runs on. Together they make the platform fully your own. You can do branding alone, or both.
A note on naming
Throughout client-facing copy the platform avoids naming any agency - so what your clients read references "your account team" or "the platform", and threads your name where appropriate. That keeps the white-label clean out of the box.
