Your agency-level integrations are configured once under Settings - Integrations (admin-only) and then power every client, rather than being set up per account. This is the backbone of how you manage many clients efficiently.

Manager accounts (ad platforms)

  • Google Ads - your manager (MCC) account. Clients accept a manager link to their Google Ads.
  • Meta - your Business Manager. Clients share their ad account / Pages as a partner.
  • TikTok - your Business Center. Clients grant partner access to their advertiser account.

Once set, each client's connection screen shows the relevant ID and the steps for the client to follow. See Connecting Google and Connecting Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn & X.

Google reporting

Connect your agency's own Google account for GA4 / Search Console reporting; clients grant it access to their properties. (Self-serve-style clients can alternatively connect their own Google - the platform always prefers the client's own connection, then yours, then the platform default.)

AI provider keys

Add your own keys for the AI providers that power the platform (the main AI model, plus the engines behind AI Search and market research). If you don't set your own, the platform default is used. Keys are write-only - entered but never shown back, for security.

Telephony

For Voice Outreach, add your voice and telephony provider keys here. Without them, voice calling stays unavailable.

Good to know

  • Agency-level credentials beat per-client setup - one configuration, every client benefits.
  • Keep the two onboarding surfaces (the Connections tab and the setup wizard) in mind - both reflect what you've configured here.
