The workspace assistant

Ask about your setup, your clients and their connections in plain words, and get answers from your live workspace with a link to where each thing is fixed.

The Ask button sits in the bottom-right corner of every page of your portal, just above the help button. It opens a chat that answers your team's questions about your own workspace - not from a script, but by looking at your live setup and clients each time you ask.

What you can ask

  • Setup - "What's left to set up?" It reads the same checklist as the setup hub: what is done, what is still needed, and the page where each step is set.
  • Your clients - "Which clients need attention?" It uses the same status the Clients page shows - Setting up, Data flowing, Watch and so on - with the one next step for each client and a link to it.
  • Connections - "Are any client connections broken?" It reads the same checks as Connection health: which feeds have stopped, and which are still updating but flagged, grouped the way that page groups them. A feed filed under "Probably nothing" is reported as that, not as something to reconnect.
  • Scheduled reports - "Are scheduled reports going out?" It lists every client's schedules - which report, how often, when it next runs and last ran - and says plainly which are overdue, which exist but are being skipped (the client is paused, archived or waiting on payment), and which clients have no report scheduled at all. That last list is the one to read: a client you thought was scheduled but isn't would otherwise look exactly like one with nothing overdue.
  • A client's numbers, knowledge and reports - "How is Fixgo tracking this month?" Name the client; if it is not sure which one you mean, it asks rather than guessing.
  • Your team - who is on it and their role. Admins only.
  • How the product works - "How do I connect a client's Google Ads?" These answers come from this Help Centre.

Every answer names the client, platform or step it is about and links to the page where you act on it.

What it does not do

It only reads. It never changes a setting, reconnects an account or saves anything to a client - when the answer is "do this", it tells you where and links you there. Nothing you ask is shown to your clients or added to their Brain.

It can still be wrong. Each answer comes from a fresh look at your workspace, but treat it like a colleague's summary: open the linked page before acting on anything important.

Conversations

Your conversation is yours: other people in your team have their own, and your clients never see any of it. Close the panel and come back later, and it opens where you left off. New chat starts afresh.

Who pays for it

The assistant runs on your workspace's Claude key, like every other AI feature. In your first 7 days it runs on ours as part of your first week's trial, and while it does, a line at the top of the panel counts the days down. When the trial ends without your key, the panel asks you to add it under AI keys before you can ask again.
