The Work Queue is the agency-wide to-do list - every task across every client, in a single place, so nothing falls through the cracks between accounts.
What's in it
Active tasks across all clients, sorted by priority then due date. Each row shows the client (with their logo), the task, its source, assignee, owner, priority, due date and status.
Where tasks come from
- Manual - your team adds them.
- PM-tool sync - tasks pulled one-way from Asana, Monday, Trello or ClickUp on a daily schedule.
- The Brain - low-confidence questions the Brain raises can be turned into tasks to chase down.
Working it
- Filter by client, status, assignee or owner to focus.
- Create a task with client, due date, priority, channel, assignee and owner.
- Edit status, assignee and due date inline.
- Completed tasks move to an archive you can load on demand.
Owner vs assignee
A task can be owned by your team or by the client (if it originated from their portal), and assigned to a specific team member. That distinction keeps accountability clear across a busy portfolio.
