Inviting your team
Add teammates to your workspace and manage who can do what.
Bring your colleagues into the workspace so everyone works from the same data, reports and tools. Team management lives in Settings - Team.
Roles
- Owner - full control: billing, the AI key, and adding or removing members. There's always at least one owner, and the last owner can't be removed (so you can't lock yourself out).
- Member - everyday access to the dashboard, reports and Studio tools.
Inviting someone
- Go to Settings - Team.
- Enter the teammate's email and choose their role.
- They receive an invite link to join.
Invited teammates sign in the same way you do - see Logging in & access.
Removing someone
Owners can remove a member at any time from the same screen. Their access ends immediately; the account's data and history are unaffected.
Good to know
- There's no public self-registration - people can only join if an owner invites them.
- Everyone in the workspace shares the same account data; roles control who can change billing and sensitive settings, not who can see the dashboard.
