Master social calendar
Every client's social posts on one calendar, including what is waiting on a client.
The Calendar (under the agency portal's More menu) is a single month view of every client's social posts - so you can see what is going out across the book without opening each account.
What it shows
A month grid of posts across all clients. Each post shows its platforms, its time and which client it belongs to, coloured by state - Draft, Scheduled, Waiting for client approval, Changes requested, Posted or Didn't post. Posts that need someone to act carry a word on the grid ("Waiting", "Changes", "Didn't post"), not just a colour.
Working with it
- Filter by client, platform or state.
- Click a post to see its copy, platforms, time and state.
- Open in client portal takes you to that client's Social Calendar, where posts are written, scheduled, sent for approval and retried. The master calendar itself is for looking across clients; it doesn't change posts.
How posts get here
Posts are drafted in each client's Social Calendar (often with copy from the Copywriter), then scheduled - or, for a client who has switched approval on, sent to them for approval first.
