Master social calendar
Every client's scheduled and pending social posts on one calendar.
The Calendar (under the agency portal's More menu) is a single view of all scheduled and pending social posts across every client you manage - so you can plan and approve content without hopping between accounts.
What it shows
A month/week grid of posts across all clients. Each post shows its content, platform, status (scheduled, pending approval, published, rejected) and which client it belongs to.
Working with it
- Click a post to open its detail: copy, image and alt text, platform and channel, and status.
- Filter by client to focus on one account.
- Jump straight into the client's portal to act on a post via "Open in client portal".
How posts get here
Posts are drafted in each client's Social Calendar Studio tool (often with copy generated by the Copywriter), then scheduled. Synced posts from connected tools appear as read-only.
