Marketing Intelligence Agency
Decisions with the receipts attached.
A marketing intelligence agency runs your marketing from one joined-up view of the data rather than channel by channel. We unify your ad spend, analytics, owned channels and CRM revenue into full-funnel attribution, then run the channels against what it actually says. Headquartered in Dubai, working with clients internationally.
Why this exists
Six tools, four answers, no way to choose.
The reason most marketing reporting is untrustworthy is not incompetence. It is that every platform is grading its own homework. Google Ads counts a conversion one way, Meta counts the same sale another, GA4 disagrees with both, and the CRM quietly holds the only number that actually reached the bank. Add them up and you have spent 140% of your revenue on attribution.
An agency that reports from inside those platforms inherits the problem and passes it to you in a slide deck. The only fix is to reconcile the channels against each other and against real revenue before anyone decides anything. That is the whole job, and it is why this is a different kind of agency rather than a better-branded version of the usual one.
The honest comparison
Three ways to run marketing.
| Model | Who decides | What they can see | Where it breaks |
|---|---|---|---|
| In-house team | Whoever owns the channel, from inside that channel's dashboard | Each platform's own version of its own performance | Nobody owns the number that spans all of them |
| Traditional agency | The account manager, from platform reporting | Channel metrics, reported monthly, rarely reconciled to revenue | Every channel reports a win while the P&L disagrees |
| Marketing intelligence agency | The data, with the team arguing about what it means | One reconciled model from ad spend through to closed revenue | Costs more than execution-only, and needs real data access |
How we work
Measurement first, then the channels.
Join the data up first
Ad accounts, analytics, search, owned channels and the CRM where revenue actually lands, reconciled into one model before anyone proposes a strategy.
Attribute to revenue, not to platforms
Full-funnel attribution and true blended ROAS, so the number we manage against is the one your finance team recognises.
Run the channels
Paid media, search, social, owned channels and content, executed by the same people who can see what the measurement says.
Report in plain English
What changed, why it changed and where the next pound should go. Written so the whole business can read it, not just the marketing team.
What makes it possible
Every client gets the platform.
The reconciliation and attribution are not done by hand in a spreadsheet each month. Every client is run on the Agentcroft Insights, the marketing intelligence platform we built, which keeps the data current, builds the attribution, and carries an AI brain that remembers what happened last quarter so this quarter's report can say why something moved rather than only that it did.
You can see it before you talk to anyone. There is a live demo with no login, and if you would rather run it yourself without an agency, that is a real option and we will tell you when it is the right one.
Be honest with yourself
When you should not hire us.
This is a more expensive way to run marketing than execution-only, and it is not always the right one. Four cases where we would tell you so:
- You have one channel and a clear picture of what it returns. Measurement is not your bottleneck.
- Somebody in-house already owns the numbers and has time to act on them. Buy the software instead and keep the retainer.
- You want execution only, with reporting left inside the ad platforms. Plenty of good agencies do that for less.
- You cannot give read-only access to the CRM. Without the revenue end, this is just prettier channel reporting.
Common questions
Marketing intelligence agency FAQs
What is a marketing intelligence agency?
A marketing intelligence agency runs your marketing from one joined-up view of the data rather than channel by channel. It unifies ad spend, analytics, owned channels and CRM revenue, builds full-funnel attribution, and uses that to decide where budget goes. A traditional agency executes channels; a marketing intelligence agency decides with evidence and can show its working.
How is that different from a normal digital marketing agency?
Most agencies report from inside each platform, where every channel marks its own homework and the numbers never reconcile. A marketing intelligence agency starts by joining the data to actual revenue, so the reporting you get is one reconciled picture instead of six confident and contradictory ones. The execution can look similar; the basis for the decisions is completely different.
Do I need an agency, or just the software?
If you have someone in-house who owns measurement and has time to act on it, buy the software and keep the budget. Take an agency when nobody owns the numbers, when the data is a mess before it is a strategy problem, or when you need the execution as well as the insight. We sell both deliberately, and will say which one you need.
What does a marketing intelligence agency cost?
Retainers are usually scoped to the number of channels and the depth of the work, and sit well above a software-only subscription because people are involved. If you only need the platform, self-serve plans start at $49 a month. Talk to us and we will tell you honestly which side of that line you are on.
How long before we see results?
The joined-up reporting exists within days of connecting your platforms, because that part is data work rather than strategy. Decisions that move revenue take a cycle or two: usually one month to establish a trustworthy baseline, then a second where the reallocation actually shows up. Anyone promising a transformed quarter in week one is selling something else.
Do you work with businesses outside the UAE?
Yes. We are headquartered in Dubai and work with clients internationally, including across Europe and the United States. The platform is channel and currency aware, so where your business operates does not change how the measurement works.
What access do you need to our data?
Read-only access to the platforms you already run: ad accounts, analytics, search, your CRM and your email or SMS tool. We never need permission to change campaigns to do the measurement work, and read-only is the default. Anything beyond that is a separate conversation you have to opt into.
