Product Update: October 2026
September through October have been huge on the development side as our team expanded - it felt silly not to share our progress... We focused on three things: making your numbers more trustworthy, making the platform easier to use day to day, and connecting to more of the tools your business already runs on. Here’s what’s new.
Attribution you can act on
Multi-touch attribution models. Revenue is no longer credited only to the first channel that found a customer. You can now switch between models to see how credit is shared across every visit that led to a sale. This works for online shops and CRM journeys.
An attribution checklist. The Attribution tab now shows exactly where your tracking stands and the next step to improve it. You’ll always know what’s holding your reporting back and how to fix it.
Clearer payback figures. Payback and ROAS now say exactly what they measure, so the numbers you share with your team are the numbers you can defend.
Ecommerce comes to the dashboard
A new Online Shop tab. Connect WooCommerce and see orders, revenue and top products next to your ad spend. The tab leads with what your ads cost, so you can judge return at a glance.
Shopify and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Dynamics 365 Sales is now supported as a CRM. Shopify is ready and will open to everyone once Shopify completes its app review.
One revenue figure everywhere. Every tile, tab, report and AI answer now reads revenue from the same source, so you’ll never see two different totals on two screens.
Know what your sales team is doing
CRM activity tracking. For GoHighLevel, HubSpot and Salesforce we now track calls, outcomes and time to first contact. A new lead that hasn’t been contacted shows up in your Today feed, so nothing slips through.
Reports worth sharing
Report pages. Every figure in a report is calculated from your live data when the report is made, then locked. What you share always matches what was true on that date.
Share links. Send a report to anyone with a private link, no login needed. Links can be switched off at any time.
Your brand, not ours. Reports carry your agency’s name, logo and colours.
See any period you need
Custom date ranges. Alongside 7, 30 and 90 days, you can now pick any date range and see your channels for exactly that window (we know it's handle reinventing the wheel, but we had to rebuild our data-store to allow this to happen fast on request).
More accurate comparisons. We tightened how “this period vs last period” is calculated, so the trends and alerts you see reflect real movement.
Charts built from daily data. Trend charts now show every day in your range, with gaps clearly marked rather than filled with guesses.
A smarter Today feed
Five new alerts cover budget breaches, connection issues, ready reports and more. Every alert in Today now takes you to the exact card it refers to, not just the top of a tab.
Search Consoleexplains itself. It now tells you which queries and pages moved, not just that traffic changed.
Your AI assistant, connected
Connected AI check-ins. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant and ask it to check in on a schedule. It will lead with anything that needs your attention, then the figures that moved and why. If nothing has changed, it says so in one line.
Pick what you hear about. Choose how often it checks in and which topics matter to you.
A brain that keeps up
Corrections apply straight away. Tell the platform something has changed and it updates what it knows right then. Your next answer reflects the change.
Sharper recall. Improvements to how the AI finds what it knows lifted answer accuracy by a measurable margin in our testing.
The Brain Explorer. A full-screen, interactive map of everything the platform knows about your business, which you can search by name or by meaning.
Easier to use, everywhere
A redesigned phone experience. Every main screen has been rebuilt for mobile, with simpler period controls and no more sideways scrolling.
Simpler sign-in. Sign in with Google or a one-click email link. There are no passwords to remember.
Faster agency setup. New agencies are guided one step at a time, starting with their first client. AI features work from day one during a seven-day trial.
Social Calendar approvals. Clients can choose to approve posts before they go live. They get reminders through Slack or email.
Clearer Help Centre. Articles have been refreshed with up-to-date screenshots, and the in-app assistant now answers “how do I” questions from them directly.
What’s next
Next we’re finishing team access controls so you can choose which clients and tabs each analyst sees, along with one-click connections for HubSpot, Salesforce and GoHighLevel and continued work on the AI brain.
Much love, the Team at Agentcroft. x
