AgencyAnalytics alternative
Including when to stay where you are.
AgencyAnalytics is client reporting done well: $20 per client per month, 85+ integrations, unlimited clients. It is genuinely good value for reporting. The reason agencies look elsewhere is that it presents each channel's numbers rather than reconciling them, and it does not remember anything between months.
AgencyAnalytics pricing and features checked 22 August 2026. Vendors change both, so verify on their site before deciding.
Agency client reporting
What AgencyAnalytics actually is.
A client reporting platform for marketing agencies. Connect a client's channels, assemble white-labelled dashboards and scheduled reports, and give the client a login. Pricing is per client account, which makes the cost scale predictably with the roster.
What it costs
Verified on their pricing page: one Core plan at $20 USD per client per month billed annually, with unlimited clients and 85+ integrations. An Enterprise plan with volume discounts exists for agencies with 25+ clients. AI Tracker and Rank Tracker are separate add-ons, billed annually.
How it scales: Per client account per month, so the bill tracks roster size directly. Some capabilities, including AI and rank tracking, are metered add-ons on top.
The part most comparison pages leave out
Where AgencyAnalytics beats us.
This is our page, so treat everything on it with the scepticism it deserves. Here is what we would tell you if you asked us directly:
- 85+ integrations against our 12. For an agency with a varied client roster this is a real and frequent advantage.
- A benchmarking network built from a large volume of campaigns, which we have no equivalent of.
- Native rank tracking, which we do not offer.
- A mature, polished white-label reporting product with years of agency feedback behind it, and at $20 per client it is hard to beat purely on reporting cost.

The difference
What we do differently.
- We reconcile channels against each other and against CRM revenue rather than presenting each platform's own figures side by side.
- Each client account has a memory that accumulates. Reports reference what happened in previous periods rather than treating every month as the first.
- Reports explain why a number moved, not only that it moved.
- The client can see what the system believes about their business and correct it, which changes the client conversation rather than just the deliverable.
The verdict
Which one should you actually pick?
Look at us if
- Your clients have started asking why the numbers moved, and the dashboard cannot answer.
- You want CRM revenue reconciled into the reporting, not just ad-platform conversions.
- You are re-explaining the same client context every month because the tool does not retain it.
- You want the report written rather than assembled.
Stay with AgencyAnalytics if
You need broad channel coverage and clean white-label reporting at the lowest sensible cost, and interpretation is something your team provides rather than the tool. AgencyAnalytics is excellent at that job and cheaper than us per client. Do not switch for the sake of it.

Common questions
AgencyAnalytics vs Agentcroft, answered
Is Agentcroft cheaper than AgencyAnalytics?
Not per client on reporting alone. At $20 per client per month billed annually, AgencyAnalytics is very well priced for what it does. We cost more per account and do a different job: reconciliation and interpretation rather than assembly. Compare on what you need answered, not on the line item.
Can I use both?
Agencies do. AgencyAnalytics for broad channel reporting across the roster, and a marketing intelligence layer on the clients where the questions have got harder than a dashboard can answer. It is a reasonable way to test the difference without moving everything at once.
What about the integration gap?
It is real. 85+ against our 12. Check our connector list against your client roster before doing anything else, because if half your clients run on something we do not support then nothing else about this comparison matters.
